Virginia at the start of her 12 week challenge, feeling uncomfortable and out of shape.
She really needed a challenge at this stage of her life and elected to try the body-for-LIFE Transformation challenge. She trained with Lin 3 x per week, stuck to her cardio program, and ate according to the meal plans prepared for her by Lin.
She supplemented her diet with EAS whey protein and EAS Betagen
