TRANS4M ARE VERY PROUD TO BE THE LOCAL AGENTS FOR Body-for-LIFE.
As an independent gym and agent, we have consistently produced more Champions in the Body-for-LIFE Challenge than any other gym in South Africa!
This we have achieved through a dedicated approach to helping clients not only train hard - but also assisting them in understanding the nutritional requirements of their bodies, and more importantly - HOW WHAT WE EAT DETERMINES HOW WE LOOK AND FEEL.
We put clients through a rigorous training program of 12 weeks, incorporating 3 x 1hour weight training sessions per week, and 3 x 20 minute cardio sessions per week. Our 'weekly' meal plans include 5 meals per day, recipes, cooking instructions, shopping lists and basic dietary guidelines for 'getting the BALANCE right'.
We promote a BALANCED LIFESTYLE approach, which means that you still get to have a day-off from your 'diet' once per week, to enjoy lifes' pleasures!
